MEREWETHER LOUNGE and WADEY ROOM
Available for private functions free of charge to members however to confirm the booking a bond of $100 must be paid to the office no later than 28 days prior to the function. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of booking. The bond will be reimbursed immediately after the function. Bookings to be made at the office. Please note that the following conditions apply:
- Children must stay in function area under parents supervision at all times and must not be allowed to wander in the club.
- The lounges will be left clean and tidy after use.
- All chairs and tables will be put back as per diagram in lounge.
- Failure to set up lounge after use will result in a setup charge of $30 being levied.
- Hooks are permanently installed on walls for decorations. Do not use tacks or cellotape.
- No alcoholic drinks are to be brought on to the premises.
- No alcoholic drinks are to be taken off the premises if purchased by non-members.
- No raffles will operate without prior approval from the Executive Committee.
- Be aware of the tidy dress standard the club requires of all guests.
- Children MUST be under supervision and accompanied by parent at all times (staff have strict instructions to insist that unsupervised children and their parents leave the premises).
- Under no circumstances are children to be taken into the gaming area.
- Pool and snooker tables are only to be used by persons 16 years of age and over.
- Please ensure that you and your guests are aware of these rules as they must be rigidly enforced.
